Giora Feidman is undisputedly one of the best-known and most renowned artists of his genre. Raised in Buenos Aires as the son of Jewish immigrants and musicians from the Ukraine, he has music in his blood. His art is unmistakable and credible - nobody plays clarinet like Giora Feidman. With the group Gitanes Blondes he presents an exciting program with music of his ancestors and cosmopolitan sounds: selected treasures of klezmer, music from the Balkans, Celtic, Gypsy and Latino sounds. An evening with Giora Feidman and Gitanes Blondes is as varied as the spices in the bazaar. There are sad tunes, wild dances, known and unknown melodies. Entertaining and exciting, for dreaming and laughing. Music between sorrowful melancholy and breakneck virtuosity.
