The Salzburger Kulturvereinigung takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your personal data provided to us will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and the valid data protection declaration (DSGVO 2018).
The use of our website is possible without providing personal data.  
Personal data (name, address, telephone number, email) collected during reservation/purchase as well as the reserved/purchased service will be electronically stored, processed and used by the Salzburg Cultural Association. The data will be used for our own purposes (e.g. information about the cancellation/change of the booked event, cast changes, as well as marketing purposes such as the postal dispatch of information and publications of the Salzburg Cultural Association).  Personal data collected during competitions (name, address, telephone number, email) will be stored, processed and used for marketing purposes as well as for notification in the event of a win. Trakl Forum: Collected personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail) will be stored, processed and used for marketing purposes as well as for postal dispatch to activities of the Georg Trakl Research and Memorial Site: Until further notice, at least 7 years. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. You have the right to access, rectify, delete and restrict the processing of personal data, as well as the right to data transfer.
