Day/evening ticket desk
From 1 hour before the start of the event at the respective venue
Select, order and print individual tickets and vouchers yourself! Online bookings possible up to 1 hour before the start of the event:
Reduced tickets are automatically deposited for collection in the ticket office or at the day/evening box office.
The corresponding discount card must be presented at the time of collection.
Tickets are also available at all Raiffeisen banks, selected ticket offices and Ö-Ticket advance booking offices
as well as at the Ticket Gretchen-App.
We are happy to reserve your tickets for 14 days without obligation.
Short-term ticket reservations can be made up to a maximum of one day before the respective event!
The right to ordered tickets that are not paid for up to one week before the event will be forfeited!
Return of tickets
Paid tickets will not be exchanged and the purchase price will not be refunded. No refund can be made for unused or partially used tickets or lost tickets.
In exceptional cases (illness/death), paid tickets can be refunded for a service fee of € 5 per ticket.
For this purpose, the original tickets must be presented.
