With much love, subtlety and tact attuned to the music, Roland Essl creates an artful 4-course menu with wine accompaniment. The culinary is served to the guests as a kind of "cooked choreography" to the music. The tempo and mood of the compositions, their timbres and images, their play and pauses are reflected in the taste, the setting and the conscious enjoyment.
