The new "Classics & Cuisine" format cultivates the hedonistic claim of cultivating an equivalent pleasure and listening experience, in which the Mozarteum Quartet is more than just background music, and culinary delights more than just food. With love, sensitivity and tact, Roland Essl creates an artistic 4-course menu with wine accompaniment. While the guests are served this culinary art as a kind of "cooked choreography" to the music, they also become part of this subtle choreography. The tempo and mood of the compositions, their timbres and images, their play and pauses are reflected in their taste, setting and conscious enjoyment.
