Day/evening box office
From 1 hour before the start of the event in the respective venue
Choose, order and print single tickets and vouchers yourself! Online bookings possible up to 1 hour before the start of the event: www.kulturvereinigung.com
Reduced tickets are automatically deposited for collection at the ticket office or at the day/evening box office.
The corresponding discount card must be presented at the time of collection.
Tickets are also available at all Raiffeisen banks, selected ticket offices and Ö-Ticket advance booking offices as well as in the Ticket Gretchen app.
We are happy to reserve your tickets for 14 days without obligation.
Short-term ticket reservations can be made up to a maximum of one day before the respective event!
The right to ordered tickets, which are not paid until one week before the event, expires!
Return of tickets
Paid cards will not be exchanged, the purchase price will not be refunded. No replacement can be made for cards that have not been used, or only partially used, or for lost cards.
In exceptional cases (sickness/death), paid cards can be refunded for a service fee of € 5 per card.
For this purpose, the original tickets must be presented.
